A complete interior renovation of an apartment in Myeik, photographed at handover. The living room is built around a backlit marble-effect media wall with a low white cabinet beneath it, facing walls finished with applied panel mouldings. Overhead, a layered plasterboard ceiling steps through curved trays lit by concealed warm and blue LED coves, with recessed downlights around the perimeter. Polished timber-strip flooring runs through the living spaces and bedrooms.

Each room carries its own ceiling design. A bedroom painted pink has a freeform lit ceiling feature with twin circular fittings, another room pairs recessed lightboxes with a timber sliding door, and a white-and-gold shrine cabinet stands on a raised base by the openable front windows.

The kitchen was refitted with white cabinet doors under a black stone-look counter, an inset sink below the window, patterned grey wall tiling and marble-effect floor tiles, lit by a sculptural LED pendant inside a gold-trimmed ceiling tray. A round backlit mirror serves the wash area, and the WC is finished in pale green wall tile over dark marble-look floor tiles.
