An apartment renovation in Yangon with a grey geometric media wall, angular backlit ceiling panels, panel-moulded walls and laminate wood floors.

An interior renovation of an apartment in Yangon, photographed empty at completion. The living room centres on a grey feature wall cut with angular grooves, framing a white TV panel edged in warm concealed lighting with a small floating shelf below. The facing wall is treated more traditionally, with white-painted panel mouldings, and the original arched timber doors were kept and refinished.

The ceiling repeats the angular language of the media wall: a stepped white tray inset with grey chevron and diamond panels, each carrying a square LED fitting, with small downlights around the border. Wood-look laminate flooring and timber skirting run through the main room and continue down the corridor past further moulded wall panels.

A bedroom is finished more plainly, with white walls, a simplified version of the grey ceiling motif around a single square fitting, an aluminium sliding window and the same laminate floor. The set records the fit-out finished but not yet furnished.
