A full interior fit-out of an upper-floor apartment in Yangon. The main living space runs from the entrance through to a glazed balcony door, with wood-look laminate flooring throughout and white-painted walls finished with timber skirting. Tan pleated curtains dress the windows, which look out over the surrounding apartment blocks and greenery.

The ceilings are the defining feature of the photographs. Each principal room has a dropped plasterboard ceiling with softly rounded corners and a concealed cove that washes warm light back across the surface, supplemented by recessed downlights. A bedroom repeats the same detail on a smaller tray, and a black entrance door arrives still wrapped in its protective film.

The kitchen and wet areas are tiled rather than boarded: patterned porcelain floor tiles, beige wall tiling to full height, a concrete worktop with an inset stainless sink, and an adjoining tiled bathroom. The photo set records the project at completion, before furniture moved in.
