A galley kitchen in Yangon with timber cabinetry, granite worktops and glazed wall units, shown as 3D design views and as built.
01 / 03
The kitchen runs as a galley, with cabinetry along both long walls and a clear circulation strip between them. Base units carry speckled granite worktops. Doors are timber faced, mixing flat panels with louvred shutter fronts and brass pull handles. Wall cabinets above one run are glazed with frosted panes, and a diamond lattice wine rack sits over the recess that holds the fridge.

Lighting is handled in two layers. A continuous LED strip is set under the wall units to wash the worktop and the plain painted splashback, and recessed downlights sit in the flat white ceiling. Power outlets are grouped above the counter. Black framed aluminium windows glaze the outer wall, and a wide internal window opens through to a separate rear wet kitchen fitted with a range hood.

The floor is white tile laid with small black diamond insets, carried through to the timber panelled entrance door and the stair beyond. The photo set pairs the finished rooms with the 3D design views made for the same layout, including cutaway overhead views showing both cabinet runs and the doorway positions.
