The photographs begin with the apartment stripped back. Patterned wallpaper remains on one wall while a new opening has been cut through the masonry beside it, leaving brick rubble across the floor. A second frame shows a room in old yellow paint with a section of floor broken out, cement bags stacked in the corner and green safety netting tied across the balcony railing.

In the finished rooms the floors are grey wood effect plank, the walls are painted white, and the ceilings are dropped in trays with concealed cove lighting and recessed downlights. The living room has a raised platform at the corner window, a white open shelving unit used as a divider, a bar stool at a narrow counter, a textured three dimensional wall panel and paired grey and white curtains.

The set also includes watermarked 3D design views of a bedroom, a corridor and a bathroom.
