A car showroom on 101st Street in Mandalay, photographed finished with its Dongfeng sign, and through construction from sand-filled shell to ceiling boards.

The finished showroom faces 101st Street behind a full-height glass frontage. A deep dark fascia above it carries the Dongfeng name and badge. Inside, the floor is laid in polished white tile, and long strip lights are set into a white ceiling. Slender white columns stand in the hall. A mezzanine with a white bar railing runs along the back wall, with offices above and below it.

The middle photographs show the frontage before it was finished. The dark fascia is fixed first, then glaziers install the large glass panes, marked with tape. The roof is blue profiled sheet with a turbine ventilator. Inside, the shell stands on a sand-filled floor. White panel walls run between the steel columns. Scaffolding and green netting wrap the street elevation, with a K Empire banner on it.

Later frames record the fit out inside. Scaffold towers stand against the tall panel walls under the curved steel roof. Windows are framed into the mezzanine offices. A plasterboard ceiling is fixed on a metal grid, its joints taped and its light openings cut. The mezzanine railing goes up last. The final two images are 3D renders of the frontage behind a paved forecourt.
