A completed apartment fit-out in Yangon with cove-lit ceilings, a backlit onyx feature wall and two chevron-veneered walk-in dressing rooms.

The main living room runs the length of the apartment, its ceiling dropped into a wide recessed tray with concealed cove lighting and ringed by downlights. One long wall is lined floor to ceiling in gloss white handleless panels, broken by an onyx-patterned stone panel set behind a low timber media unit and by open shelves lit from within. Sliding glass doors open onto a balcony with a frameless glass balustrade, looking out over mature trees and the pool below.

The dining area sits in the same run of space, with a marble-topped table, tan leather chairs and a black track lighting rail. Beyond it a timber-lined ledge follows a glass balustrade at the edge of a double height void, with a slatted timber screen shielding the stair. The kitchen is fitted with white stone worktops, a mint glass splashback, a wall of medium timber cabinetry, a gas and induction hob under a stainless hood, and a worktop that returns as a breakfast bar.

Two dressing rooms are the set pieces of the fit-out. Both are built out in a pale chevron-patterned veneer, with LED strips washing the underside of every shelf, hanging rails, pull-out wire baskets, a trouser rack, a jewellery drawer with a fitted insert, and slim magnetic track lights overhead. The main bedroom is painted a soft grey green, with a buttoned dark headboard, a tall open shelving unit in the same chevron veneer, and a window onto the pool.

Circulation is finished in warm timber-look plank flooring with dark stained hardwood door frames and skirtings throughout. Bathrooms are lined in large format beige tile with corner glass shower enclosures, wall hung basins on floating counters and frameless mirrors.
