An apartment fit-out with layered gypsum ceilings, blue cove lighting, grey wood-effect flooring and built-in white joinery throughout.
01 / 03
A full interior fit-out of a long, narrow apartment. The set includes a 3D floor plan and design renders alongside photographs of the finished rooms, so the planned layout and the built result can be compared directly: a living and dining area at the front, two bedrooms off a central corridor, and a kitchen and bathroom at the far end.

The main space is defined by its ceiling. Layered gypsum trays with curved edges step across the room, with concealed blue LED coves, recessed downlights and round surface-mounted fittings. Walls are painted in pale grey, and grey wood-effect laminate runs through every room.

The joinery is built in and painted white: a slim bar counter with a black stone-pattern top and open display shelving, a backlit niche unit, a low TV console with black drawer fronts, and a timber-slat screen dividing the entrance. Bedrooms carry the same ceiling treatment, and a desk unit with cupboards and shaped shelves is built into one wall.
