A single-storey gallery pavilion with a deep flat roof, glazed corner elevations and a timber deck, set in open landscaped grounds.

The building is a single storey pavilion under a flat roof whose overhang projects well beyond the walls on every side. The underside of that overhang is lined in timber boarding, and small recessed downlights are set into it. Solid walls are rendered and painted white. Two elevations are glazed floor to ceiling in narrow black framed bays that turn the corner without a column.

Large photographic graphics are applied to the glazing, and lettering on the glass reads Green Garden Residence. A timber deck runs along the glazed frontage at floor level, reached by steps faced in brick. White square planters holding standard trained bougainvillea stand along the deck edge.

Beds of clipped hedging and flowering shrubs are planted against the base of the building on three sides. Beyond them the ground is finished as a broad brushed concrete apron marked with yellow kerb lines, with flagpoles and a freestanding sign carrying the same name. Air conditioning condensers are grouped at the blank end wall. Open country and low hills stand behind.
